I’ll come to your office or workspace to provide a space in the day in which you can swap brain power for relaxing breathing and deep muscle activation. A good way to incorporate English in the workplace for those tired of usual classes. A more formal approach can be taken to the class where the company so desires, with the English transcript provided and grammar points included.

One-to-one Pilates classes are an excellent way to start or to get better from illness or injury. Pilates is more technical than many know, and getting the key concepts from proper shoulder alignment to perfectly timed breathing engrained in your body and mind doesn’t happen overnight. Many people benefit from one-to-ones initially before joining a group or pursue both at the same time for maximum benefit.
One-to-ones are also the most optimal way for me to work with an injured athlete. I will be able to give my full attention to fining your weakest links and correcting them with both Pilates and Red Cord, which can only be used one-to-one and is fantastically effective.
